• I am writing to say that the amazing help we received from Mortgage Managers in Hammonds Plains, NS, was the only way we managed to purchase this wonderful house we now call home. Although My wife and I were well able to afford a regular mortgage through a bank, we were unable to access one due to other financial commitments, namely being cosigners for our son and his spouse for their mortgage. Then Mortgage Managers stepped in in the guise of Margaret and James, we had a sit down with them and they took off running with our problem, while they were wrestling with this, my wife and I offered on the house, now the Mortgage Managers were on a time crunch to boot.
